When do I need a Domestic EPC ?
In the UK, a homeowner needs a Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when constructing, selling, or renting out their property, in line with the latest Building Regulations Part L. The EPC, which must be issued by a qualified assessor, provides an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). Part L regulations, updated to improve energy efficiency standards, mandate this requirement to ensure that prospective buyers or tenants have clear information about the energy performance of a home. Additionally, any significant changes or improvements to the property’s energy system may also necessitate an updated EPC.
Our fully trained assessors are ready to go and able to answer any further questions you may have.
Prices start from as little as £85 for the full lodged EPC! Send over the details of your property today and we'll give you a quick quote and get working on it straight away.
